Generative AI and hybrid work environments are requiring increasingly powerful laptops; new NVIDIA GPUs will be available in highly portable mobile workstations from partners including Dell, HP, Lenovo and MIS this spring. 

Today, NVIDIA has announced new NVIDIA RTX 500 and 1000 Ada Generation Laptop GPUs that will be available in new, highly portable mobile workstations. The expanded NVIDIA Ada Lovelace architecture-based lineup will include the RTX 2000, 3000, 3500, 4000, and 5000 Ada Generation Laptop GPUs.

With generative AI and hybrid work environments becoming the new standard, NVIDIA’s new Laptop GPUs address the increasing need for AI-accelerated laptops to help users tackle their industry’s toughest challenges from anywhere. AI is emerging at the forefront of professional design and content creation workflows and everyday productivity applications.
The next generation of mobile workstations with Ada Generation GPUs, including the RTX 500 and 1000 GPUs, include both a neural processing unit (NPU), a component of the CPU, and an NVIDIA RTX GPU, including Tensor Cores for AI processing. The NPU helps offload light AI tasks, while the GPU provides up to an additional 682 TOPS of AI performance for more demanding day-to-day AI workflows.
